Withrow. She died at the age of 20 on Independence
Day 2000 due to an irresponsible, thoughtless drunk
driver. You'll read all about her in the following
pages. She was a daughter, a mentor, a friend, a
writer, a leader, and so much more. She had many
interests and a lot of talent. We, her friends, would
